TIME LIMIT

All RABBIT SKIN items labeled "Ethik Label"  (Ethik oversized t-shirt, straight cut organic t-shirt, hoodie, organic kid t-shirt, kid hoodie, sneakers and V.2 sneakers) are manufactured and shipped directly from our workshop in Ovillois (78, FRANCE). 

They are shipped by tracked Colissimo.

We apply a flat rate to the delivery of these items. This is €8.80 regardless of the number of items ordered. Delivery is free for purchases over €150.

T-shirts from the “Classic bio” range do not fall under these conditions. They are manufactured and shipped by a European third-party service provider. Their delivery times are indicated in the product description.

Delivery times include the manufacturing AND shipping of the item. They are expressed in working days . In the case of an order for several items with different delivery times, the longest time will apply . If you wish to be delivered gradually according to the delivery times of each item, you will have to place several orders.
For international delivery, delivery times vary depending on the postal services of the countries concerned.

FOLLOW UP :
You will receive the tracking number for your order when it enters the manufacturing phase. This does not mean that the order will be shipped the same day. Tracking numbers are sent to you by email at the address you provided.
Article L. 221-15 of the Consumer Code specifies that the seller, Peau De Lapin, remains responsible for the proper receipt of the package by the customer.
The package is considered delivered as soon as the tracking information states it: the flashing of the delivery barcode is proof. A delivery marked "delivered" by the postal services cannot be contested.
 
PACKAGING:
Due to the constant evolution of shipping constraints imposed by postal services (and incidentally their cost), we are no longer able to deliver all our items in boxes: from September 1, 2023, the t-shirts and hoodies of the Ethik District collection will be delivered in a flexible bag. We obviously ensure that this new packaging offers you the same guarantees of robustness and safety. Shipments of limited editions, Beast'Of Box, Sneakers, etc. remain unchanged and will continue to be delivered in their Peau de Lapin box made of recycled cardboard. Thank you for your understanding.
We remain responsible for your package until it is received.
If your package is presented damaged, it is imperative that you refuse it so that it can be returned to us, and we can organize a second shipment as quickly as possible.
 
As part of special operations and promotions, the packaging of items may be modified.
In the context of special operations and promotions, the delivery time may be extended.

Our delivery times vary depending on the product(s) ordered. CAPS and items in the "ART" section are shipped from France.
